Customer Logistics Manager

Move your career forward with Ryder! We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, managing staff performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment. Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field
• 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Advanced knowledge of logistics and industry-related regulations
• Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
• Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily planning and scheduling of logistics operations
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Supervise and develop exempt and non-exempt staff
• Maintain health and safety standards across the team
• Ensure compliance with all State, Local, and Federal regulations
• Respond to critical customer disruptions off-shift if needed
• Develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned

Benefits:

• Salary range: $69,000 – $73,000 annually
