Position Description:
As a Sr. Systems Analyst – Order Management, you will serve a key role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing technology systems and data that support our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement technological solutions that drive efficiency and performance. This position requires a blend of strong analytical capabilities, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analysis and/or systems analysis tools and methodologies.
- Must have retail and order processing or order management knowledge.
- Functional knowledge of Manhattan Suite products or Manhattan Active Omni is a plus.
- Experience writing SQL queries or using similar technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain code for automation, alerts, and incident recovery.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability for on-call support during critical system outages.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-functional project teams.
- Identify automation opportunities for recurring issues to streamline operations.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and implementation of new features.
- Document procedures, technical solutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors for integrated solutions.
- Communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support systems during off-hours and participate in outage recovery efforts.
- Stay current with data, system, and security analysis trends and technologies.
