Job Overview:
As a Sr. Systems Analyst - Order Management, you will play a vital role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing technology systems and data. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business processes with technological solutions. The position requires a strong mix of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to clearly communicate complex information.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing analytical expertise to help meet goals.
- Identify areas for system improvements and recommend enhancements for performance, security, and user experience.
- Possess a solid understanding of processes including order orchestration, fulfillment optimization, and inventory segmentation.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline recurring processes.
- Support design and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors for integrated solutions.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide off-hour support during critical outages.
- Stay current with latest trends in data analysis, technical analysis, and security practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with data and/or system analysis tools and methodologies.
- Functional knowledge of Manhattan Suite products or Manhattan Active Omni is a plus.
- Must have retail and order processing or order management experience.
- Proficient in SQL or similar query languages.
- Experience with developing automation scripts, alerts, and incident recovery programs.
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work on-call as needed.

Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience, education, and skills).
